Our place is at D/3 in Chandwarkar Lane, right inside the Brindavan Building. We are tucked away in Parbat Nagar, specifically behind the Pantaloon Showroom and near the Ambemata Mandir. It is a bit of a maze in these lanes, but we have been here long enough to know every corner. We spend most of our time showing people flats or talking to owners about their property. The office is small, mostly just a couple of chairs and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. We don't have a big staff, so if we are out at a site, the door might be locked for an hour. People come to us when they are looking for a place to stay or want to sell their old home. We know the buildings in this neighborhood really well, from the plumbing issues to which floors get the best breeze. It is a lot of walking back and forth between the office and the different apartments we manage. Sometimes deals happen quickly and other times things stay on the books for months. We just try to tell people the truth about what they are looking at. The temple nearby brings a lot of people through the lane, so we see a lot of foot traffic. We usually have the fan on high because it gets stuffy in the back of the building, especially in the summer. We are just local people doing our jobs and helping others find a roof.
