United Caterers

United Caterers is based out of Lotus Park at G G P Udyan on Mahakali Caves Road. Our specific spot is at number 50 Gyan Ashram in Andheri East. This part of Andheri is always moving, with a lot of traffic going up and down toward the caves. Being near the park gives us a little bit of green to look at, which is nice because the rest of the area is so industrial and crowded. We operate out of a space that is mostly kitchen and storage. There are always sacks of rice and piles of vegetables coming in through the back. The heat in the kitchen gets pretty intense, especially in the summer months, so we have a few old fans that creak while they spin. We aren't trying to be some big, polished company; we are just people who know how to cook for a crowd. The ashram nearby is a quiet contrast to the loud, busy road we are on. We spend our hours planning out schedules and making sure the transport is ready. Most of our equipment has seen better days, but it still works perfectly for what we need. It’s a bit messy at times with all the prep work going on, but that’s just the nature of catering. We stay focused on the work and don't spend much time on fancy talk or decorations. It’s just us here in Andheri, doing our thing every day.
