Unifab Engineers & Contractors

Unifab Engineers & Contractors is based out of Pratik Estate. We're in unit A-112. It’s right on the Mulund Goregaon Link Road, which is pretty convenient if you know the area. Being near Wockhardt Hospital makes it easy for people to find us. We do a lot of fabrication and contracting work. It's dirty, noisy work sometimes, but that’s the nature of being an engineer in this field. The workshop floor is usually busy. We’ve been at this for some time now. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing because most of our time is spent looking at metal or being out at a job site. If you come by, you'll probably see us in our work gear. Mumbai is a busy place to run a contracting business, especially with the traffic on the Link Road. We manage projects from start to finish. It involves a lot of coordinating with different suppliers and making sure the welding and assembly are done right. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work we know how to do. Sometimes things get delayed because of supplies, but we just deal with it. It’s a practical business. We focus on the engineering side and making sure the structures we build are solid. The estate itself is quite busy with other businesses too. Our mornings usually start with a quick meeting to see what needs to be finished.
