We are set up right across from the Little Angel School in Panvel, at Plot Number 7. It’s a lively place to be, especially when the kids are running around during their lunch break. Being in the real estate business here in Panvel means we’re always seeing new things being built or old plots being cleared. Our office is really more of a home base for our team. We spend a lot of time out in the field, looking at different sites and making sure the construction work is on track. When we are back at the office, we’re usually buried in maps and property documents. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area because we’re mostly focused on the work itself. Panvel is growing fast, and we’re just trying to keep up with all the changes happening around us. Most of us have been living and working in this part of the city for a long time, so we know the area pretty well. We don't go for the high-pressure sales pitch; we just show people what’s available and let them decide. It can get pretty dusty and noisy with all the development going on, but it’s an exciting time to be in this part of town. We just keep things practical and honest, helping people find the right spot for their needs without any unnecessary fuss.
