Accord Land Developers Pvt. Ltd. is up on the 6th floor of the New India Chamber. Our office is number 601. We are located right opposite Mahalkali Case Road, near the Katyania Business Center. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with cars and people. It is a professional building, but our office feels pretty lived-in. We have blueprints and maps spread out over the tables most of the time. It is not the kind of place where everything is perfectly tidy. We are usually busy trying to figure out land details and talking to contractors. We have been working out of this chamber for quite some time now. Dealing with land development takes a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a group of people who know how to put projects together. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, and the lobby can be a bit confusing if you haven't been here before. But once you get to 601, it is just us working. We know the area around Mahakali pretty well. We focus on the work at hand and don't spend much time on fancy presentations. It is just honest work from a 6th floor office. Some days it gets pretty hot, but we manage just fine.
