Lokhandwala Infrastructure is located at 2 Tilak Niwas in the Datta Wadi area of Bhandup West. We are right on Jm Road, which is a pretty central spot in Mumbai 400 078. Our office is more of a working hub than a fancy showroom. We spend our time managing different infrastructure projects and making sure everything stays on schedule. Bhandup is a busy place, and being right on Jm Road means we see a lot of the daily traffic and local life passing by. We are not the type of company that uses a lot of corporate jargon or big words. We prefer to just speak plainly about what needs to be done. The office itself is quite modest and comfortable. We have our maps and our schedules pinned to the walls, and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We have been at this for a while, and we have learned that the best way to get things done is to just stay focused and keep our heads down. We do not make big promises we cannot keep. We just work on the projects we have and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It is not always easy, and there are plenty of long days and late nights, but that is the nature of construction and infrastructure. We are just a group of people working hard out of a small office.
