We are based in the Ami Building, room 604, over in Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. It's a busy part of the city, and we've been working from this office for a good while. Dealing with land and development isn't always easy, but it’s what we do. We spend a lot of our time looking at plots and trying to figure out the right way to use the space available in the area. Kandivali has changed a lot, and being in Kalina puts us right in the thick of it. The office is a quiet place where we sit down and look at maps or talk to people about what they want to build. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff, just a small team trying to make things work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that's part of the job when you're developing land. We like the neighborhood here, it’s got a good energy and there are always new projects popping up. We don't spend much on advertising because most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we’re in the Ami Building. We try to be practical about things. If a project doesn't make sense, we say so. It’s better to be honest than to run into trouble later. Most days are spent on the phone or visiting sites to see how things are progressing. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing a patch of land turn into something useful.
