We are doing our business as Future Capital Real Estate (Kiac). If you are looking for us, we are located over at Goregaon West in Mumbai. Specifically, we're in the building known as Bldg.No-Dr-4. You have to go to Flat No.-411 to find our door. The place is right there on Ram Mandir Road. This is where we handle all the day-to-day things. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a regular spot in a residential building. We've been here for a while and most people around the neighborhood know the Nandlal L Srivastava building. It's a busy part of Mumbai, especially with the road traffic and people always moving about. We keep our paperwork and all the real estate files right here in the flat. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded but that's how it is in Goregaon. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that, just the address on the door. It’s a practical setup for what we do. If you are walking down Ram Mandir Road, you will see the area is pretty lively. Our address is officially C/O Mr. Nandlal L Srivastava, so that’s whose name is on the main documents for the place.
