Our office for Matushree Real Estate Devlopers Pvt. Ltd. is located on the 3rd floor of the Garden Estate building. We are right there at Plot No/23 in Laxmi Nagar. If you are driving along Link Road, we are very close to the Bangur Nagar signal. Anyone who lives in Goregoan West knows that the traffic near that signal can be a real pain during rush hour, so we usually tell people to time their visits carefully. The office is pretty standard for a real estate place. We have got some desks and a lot of files piled up. We spend a good chunk of our day coordinating with builders or checking on how the work is progressing at various sites. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, although the lift works most of the time. Laxmi Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming up to us. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now and we know the local property market well. We aren't the type of people to use big, flashy words or make huge promises. We just handle the day-to-day work that comes with developing real estate. It involves a lot of phone calls and meeting with different contractors. It is a busy life, but we like being right here in the middle of Goregoan.
