Our desks are squeezed into the rooms, and we have papers and files scattered around. It’s a very personal way to run things. We see the same neighbors in the hallway every day. It isn't a corporate setup; it’s just a practical use of a residential space for our daily needs. We like the view from the fifth floor when we take a break. It helps to clear the head before getting back to the tasks at hand.
