Ultra Estate Agent is right here in Andheri West, specifically at Shop No 3 in the Doomnuk Building. If you are familiar with Road No 1, we are just across from Dauris Terrace. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on right outside the door. Our shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need for running an estate agency. We spend our mornings checking listings and talking to people who want to move into the neighborhood. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just poke their heads in and ask questions. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. We deal with all kinds of flats and shops around this part of town. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, handling calls, and heading out to show properties when the weather isn't too bad. The traffic on Road No 1 can be a headache sometimes, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few people who know the streets of Andheri West like the back of our hands. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks in. No big speeches, just looking at what is available and seeing if it fits what someone is looking for. It's a steady way to spend the day. We usually close up once the evening rush starts to die down and head home.
