Ultimate Tools

Ultimate Tools is located at 8, Cama Industrial Estate. We are right above the Punjab National Bank in Goregaon East. It’s a very busy spot, and you can always hear the bank customers chatting and the traffic from the main road outside. Our space is filled from floor to ceiling with all kinds of tools. It’s heavy, metal stuff, so there’s always a lot of lifting, packing, and moving boxes around. The elevator in this building can be a bit slow or grumpy, so we often end up taking the stairs. We aren’t really interested in having a shiny showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a warehouse feel where we keep everything organized on tall metal racks. The light in here isn't the best in the afternoons, but we know our way around every shelf. We usually start the day by checking what orders came in and what needs to go out on the trucks. The guys working here have a lot of years of experience with this equipment, so we don't spend a lot of time talking about how to do things—we just get on with it. It gets a bit noisy in the estate with all the other workshops running their machines, but you get used to that after a week or two. We keep some cold water in the fridge and a stack of old newspapers on the table for breaks. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
