You can find Tv World on the second floor of Narayan Niwas, right near the Gokul Hotel. We are located in Borivali West on the Chhakkapir Gali Main Road, close to the Lal Gate. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but we have been here for years. Our shop is full of screens and spare parts. We spend most of our time looking at circuits and trying to figure out why a television isn't working right. It’s a small, crowded space with remotes and cables everywhere. It’s not a fancy showroom like you see in the big malls. We are more of a repair and service spot for the locals. People bring in their sets when they start acting up, and we take a look. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we have to wait for a part to arrive. We don’t have a big team or any corporate slogans. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. The area outside is always loud with people and traffic, especially near the hotel. We’ve grown used to it over time. We don't do much advertising; people usually just see our sign or hear about us from someone in the building. We just keep things simple, focus on the electronics, and try to get the sets back to their owners as soon as we can.
