We've been working out of this ground floor spot in Vivek Industrial Estate for a while now. It’s right on Walbhat Cross Road in Goregaon East. If you’ve ever been around here, you know how busy it gets with all the small shops and trucks trying to navigate the narrow lanes. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the polymers and sheets we handle. Usually, the mornings start with unloading whatever arrived overnight. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of plastic and the sound of the nearby railway line. We don't have any fancy reception area or anything like that. It's just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the electricity acts up when it rains too hard, which is just part of being in this part of Mumbai. We mostly know all the other business owners on this floor. We share a tea guy who comes around twice a day, and honestly, that’s the highlight of the afternoon. Dealing with polymer materials is straightforward enough, though it gets quite hot inside during the summer months. We just keep the fans running and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a regular job for us, nothing too complicated. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up, but our little corner in the estate stays pretty much the same.
