Tools Traders

You can find us right on the ground floor at 137 Nagdevi Street. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you know it’s the place to go for anything hardware related. Tools Traders has been in this spot for quite a while now. The shop is usually full of boxes because we get shipments coming in almost every day. It’s a busy environment with people constantly walking in and asking for prices or checking out what we have in stock. We don’t have much room for a fancy office, so we just have a small desk near the front where we handle the bills and phone calls. The air is always a bit metallic smelling, and there’s the constant sound of carts being pushed over the uneven ground outside. It’s not a polished place, but it’s practical. We know our inventory pretty well, even if it looks like a mess to someone walking in for the first time. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just write things down and keep a mental note of what’s where. Most of the people we deal with are tradespeople who just want their stuff so they can get back to work. We try to be quick and not waste their time with unnecessary talk. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day, and the neighborhood keeps us on our toes.
