Tool O Matic

We are based in Gala No 15, which is inside the Udyog Sa building in Andheri East. If you know where the ESI Hospital is, we are right across from there. It’s a busy part of town, always plenty of traffic and people moving around. Our unit is mostly filled with crates and shelves of tools. It’s not a large space, so we have to be smart about how we stack things to keep a clear path. We spend most of the day answering calls or helping people who walk in looking for a specific bolt or a power tool for their job. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. The building has several other small businesses, so there’s a lot of coming and going in the hallways. We’ve been in this particular gala for some time now. It’s a practical location for us since it’s in the heart of the industrial zone here in Andheri. We don't have any fancy brochures or a shiny website; we just talk to people and show them what we have on the shelves. Sometimes we have to dig through a few boxes to find exactly what a customer needs, but we usually get there in the end. It’s a simple operation, run by a small team who knows their way around a toolbox. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without much fuss.
