Tohfa Property

You can find Tohfa Property over at Shop No 2 in the R B Sharma Centre. We are located in Jogeshwari West along Dr D V G Road. It’s that stretch between Dewan Centre and Hotel Mina International. It's a busy spot, always something happening outside on the street. We mostly deal with local houses and shops around here. If you’re looking for a place or trying to sell one, we have some lists we keep in our folders. The office isn't very large at all. It’s just a desk and some old files, really. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood to see what’s available for rent or sale. Jogeshwari West has a lot of old and new buildings mixed together. Being near Hotel Mina International helps people find us when they are lost. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache on Dr D V G Road, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been in the R B Sharma Centre for a bit now. We know the other shop owners nearby quite well. It’s a local business through and through. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from people we have helped before. If someone needs a flat or a small shop, they usually just walk in and ask what we have. We have a tea stall nearby where we go when things are slow. It’s a basic setup but it works for us. We just try to help folks find what they need without making it too complicated.
