If you go to Jogeshwari West and look for Barve Nagar, you’ll find our office right by the Rb Sharma Center. We are situated next to the Dewan Center, which is a pretty big landmark around here. Working in real estate in this part of town means you spend a lot of time on your feet. We aren't the type to sit behind a desk all day wearing suits. Usually, we are out showing people rooms or small shops in the back lanes. The office at number 2 is just a small room where we keep our files and take some phone calls. It’s nothing special, just some chairs and a table. Sometimes the electricity goes off for a bit, but we just wait it out. People come to us because they know we live nearby and understand how the local rentals work. We don’t have a website or anything like that because word of mouth is what keeps us busy. Dealing with landlords and tenants can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s part of the job. You hear a lot of stories in this business, some good and some not so great. We just try to help people find a place that fits their budget. It’s a loud, crowded area but it has a lot of energy. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we know almost every building in the immediate vicinity.
