TJA Realty LLP is located in Rubberwala House, which is part of the Hindustan Mill Compound in Mumbai. This area has a lot of industrial history, and the compound itself is a mix of different businesses. We are situated in the 400011 area, which is a very central part of the city. Working out of an old mill compound gives our office a bit of a different feel compared to a standard office building. It’s a sturdy, practical space where we can focus on our work. The surroundings are always busy with people moving goods and going about their day. We don't have any fancy signs or a high-end interior. It’s a working office with desks, computers, and files scattered around. We like the grit and energy of the Hindustan Mill area. It feels like a place where things actually get built and managed. Our daily routine involves coming in early to beat some of the traffic and staying until the work is finished. There isn't anything corporate about how we run things here. We are just a group of people who needed a solid base for our company and found it in Rubberwala House. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes for people visiting for the first time, but we’ve made it our home. The space is simple, functional, and right in the thick of Mumbai's commercial heart. We like that we are in a spot that isn't trying too hard to be fancy.
