Our office is located at Shop 57 on Kazi Syed Street in Kandivali East. We are in Building Number 55, which is quite close to the Rama Hotel. It is a busy area with lots of small businesses and people moving around all day. We have been handling property matters from this location for a good number of years now. Our work is pretty simple; we help people find flats or commercial spaces that fit what they are looking for. We do not have a large office or a big staff. It is just a few of us who know the local buildings and the people who own them. The shop is usually filled with old registers and files because we like to keep a record of everything we have seen. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time walking to different sites to meet clients. Kandivali East has changed quite a bit since we started, with more high-rises coming up. We try to stay updated on what is happening in the local market so we can give people accurate information. We do not use any fancy sales pitches or try to hide the flaws in a property. We just show what is available and let the person decide for themselves if it works for them.
