If you are looking for us, we are located on Laxmi Road in Andheri West, right in unit B-1. We are situated opposite Seven Bunglows, which is a very popular part of this side of town. We have been working as estate consultants here for quite a while. It is a local operation, nothing too big or fancy. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a place to stay nearby or want to rent out their shops. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets, meeting people and looking at different properties. Sometimes the traffic is bad or the weather is rough, but we still have to get to our appointments. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Our work comes from being around for a long time and knowing the local landlords. The office is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we handle the daily business. We try to be honest about the properties we show, telling people the pros and cons of each building. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go according to plan, but we just take it one day at a time. We like being part of the community here and helping people find a decent place to live.
