We are over at Ashish Apartment in Andheri East, specifically in unit number 2. We are located very close to the Bharat Gas Agency, so if you know that area, you can easily spot us. Andheri East is a very crowded and hectic place to work, but we have gotten used to the pace over the years. Our agency is just a small local business. We handle rentals and sales for apartments and small offices nearby. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or running around between different buildings. We do not have a fancy office with big signs; it is just a practical space where we keep our ledgers and meet folks. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes in. If a place has problems, we usually just say so because it saves everyone time later on. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this line of work, and we spend many hours getting everything signed and stamped at the local offices. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do. We have seen a lot of people come and go from this neighborhood. We stay here because we know the area well and we have built up a good list of local contacts. It is just a regular office doing regular property work every day.
