We have been running our office out of shop number 57 in the EMP Building for a good while now. It is right in the Kandivali East area, very close to Dream Park, which makes it easy for people to find us when they come for a visit. Our day usually starts with checking messages and then heading out to show some flats or shops to whoever called. We handle various property matters around this neighborhood because we know the streets and the buildings quite well. It is not a very big operation, just a few of us sitting in the shop handling paperwork and answering the phone. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with files and maps, but we manage to keep things moving. We do not have any fancy corporate stuff here, just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to people about what they need. If you are looking for a place to rent or want to buy something nearby, we usually have a few listings written down in our registers. Things can get busy on the weekends when families have time to go around and look at buildings. We have seen Kandivali change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and more people moving in. We just keep doing our daily work, helping people find a roof over their heads without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
