Tiffinwalaas

Tiffinwalaas is based out of Mhada Lane in S V P Nagar, which is over in Andheri West. We occupy unit 92. It is mostly a place where we prep food and pack it up for delivery. You won't find fancy seating here because that is not really what we do. We focus on getting meals into containers and out the door to people at their offices or homes. The morning is the most chaotic time for us. There are boxes everywhere and the stove is always going. We use a lot of local ingredients from the nearby markets. Being in Andheri West means traffic is always a problem, so we spend a lot of time looking at clocks and trying to beat the rush. The building in Mhada Lane is not new, so we have to deal with the occasional power cut or water issue. It is just a group of us working hard to get the cooking done right. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people liking the food enough to tell their friends. Sometimes we get a bit behind when the rain is heavy, but we always try to catch up. It is a straightforward business. We like the neighborhood and the people around S V P Nagar are generally friendly. It is a lot of work, but it keeps us busy. We just keep the pots stirring and the deliveries moving.
