You can find us at Unit No 7, Rashmi Avenue in Kandivali East. We’re over on Daryasthan Street in Vadgadi, right behind the Sai Dham Temple. It’s a busy area, but being behind the temple gives us a little bit of a landmark for people to find The Great Royal Estate Agency. Despite the name, we are a pretty down-to-earth group. We spend our time looking at flats and commercial spaces in the Kandivali area. The office is small and usually has someone coming in to ask about rent or deposit terms. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that; we just know the local buildings and who owns what. Sometimes we are out all afternoon walking between different wings of an apartment complex. It gets hot and the traffic is usually a mess, but that’s just part of working in this part of the city. We keep our records in old-fashioned folders mostly, though we use the computer for the newer stuff. People like that they can just walk in and talk to us without an appointment. We don’t use big words or try to push people into things they don’t need. We just show what’s on the market and let them decide. It’s a simple way of doing business and it works for us and the people who live around here.
