We have been working out of Society No 40 in the Bapunagar area for quite a long time now. Our office is in Room No 8, which isn't very large, but it serves us well enough. We are right in Mahad Andheri West, very close to the New Telephone Exchange. If you are coming from the National Highway No 8, you know how congested the roads can get around here. Tejas Estate Agent is a small operation. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day property stuff that comes our way. We don't have fancy marketing materials or a big team. Usually, we are out visiting sites or checking on flats for people. It is a lot of walking and talking to building secretaries. The dust from the highway gets into everything, so we are always cleaning the desks. We try to be straight with people about the rents and the building conditions. There is no use in making things sound better than they actually are. People come to us because we have been in this specific neighborhood for years. We know which buildings have water issues and which ones are peaceful. My chair squeaks every time I sit down, and the filing cabinet is a bit jammed, but we get the work done. It is just a regular local business trying to help neighbors find a decent roof over their heads without too much fuss.
