Our office is 424 in the Devdar Centre, right on Marol Maroshi Road in Andheri East. Being in Andheri means we are always in the middle of the traffic and the hustle, but it’s a good place for business. Technical Trade Links Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this building for a long time. We basically act as a bridge, getting technical products from the people who make them to the people who use them. It involves a lot of phone calls, emails, and checking shipping schedules. The office is usually stacked with catalogs and some small samples of the parts we trade. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. We have a small crew and everyone has to do a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing taxes. Sometimes it feels like we spend half our lives waiting for deliveries or dealing with paperwork, but that’s the nature of trading. We don't have a fancy website with flashing lights. We just talk to our customers and tell them what’s available. If something isn't in stock, we try to find out when it will be. We’ve built some good relationships over the years just by being honest about what we can do. It's a busy life here in Andheri, but we're used to it. We just keep the wheels turning and try to make sure everyone gets what they ordered.
