Tanaya Trade Syndicate

Tanaya Trade Syndicate operates out of Gala House at 3 Dattapada Road. We are situated right across from the Charwak Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The road gets quite a lot of traffic, so there is always something going on outside our window. We handle a lot of trading activities from this small office. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of files everywhere. We aren’t really into the whole corporate look. We prefer to just sit down and get the work finished. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is very quiet, and we just catch up on the bookkeeping. We’ve had this spot for a good number of years. The people around here know us as the guys who are always at the office early. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know how everything works. It’s practical work. We talk to suppliers and customers all day long. Sometimes we grab a quick lunch from the stalls nearby and eat while we check the inventory lists. We try to be helpful when people ask us questions about what we carry. It’s not a complicated business model, just buying and selling things and making sure the logistics work out in the end for everyone involved.
