Taksheel Realty Llp is based out of Arun Chamber. We are on the first floor, in room 104. The building is on Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Marg in Tardeo. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history behind it. The office isn't very large but it fits our small team just fine. Tardeo is always busy and crowded, so there’s a lot of noise from the street coming up to the first floor throughout the day. We mostly deal with property stuff around this specific area. It’s a lot of documents and talking to people on the phone. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. It’s just an office where we get things done. Most of our day is spent looking at property listings and making sure the files are in the right folders. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow and steep. We’ve been here for a while and we know most of the neighbors in the other offices nearby. It’s a practical place to work. Sometimes the elevator is slow or broken so we just take the stairs to the first floor. Real estate in Tardeo moves fast, so we have to stay on top of things every day. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local real estate office helping people out with their housing needs. It’s straightforward work that we do.
