Tabas Properties

We're tucked away in Shop No 4 of the Kaveri Building over in Andheri West. Being near the Oshiwara Police Station on Karwa Road means there's always something going on outside, usually a lot of noise and people moving about. Tabas Properties is basically just a local spot where we keep track of what's available in the area. It’s a small shop, not much bigger than it needs to be for a few desks. We have some chairs for when people come in to talk about flats or shops they want to rent. Zampa Bazar is a busy place, so we usually have people dropping by just to ask what the prices are like these days or if anything new has come up. We aren't a big agency with a flashy website or a bunch of agents running around in suits. It’s mostly just us handling the keys and the paperwork for local owners. The office can get a bit dusty with all the traffic and construction nearby, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We've been at this location for a bit, so we know the buildings around here pretty well. If someone needs to find a place or sell one, we just look at what we've got on the books. It’s practical, everyday work. We spend a lot of time walking around the blocks near the police station to check on things. No fancy speeches here, just a small office trying to keep up with the local market. Sometimes the tea guy stops by and we take a quick break. That’s about it for us.
