Synergia Realtors is located in Bandra West on the 2nd Main Road in Maruthi Nagar. We are really close to the Domino's Pizza, which is how most people find our office. Bandra is a busy, popular place and Maruthi Nagar has a lot of energy. Our office isn't very large, but it serves us well for meeting people and going over papers. We spend a good part of our day walking around the neighborhood or driving to different spots nearby. The office has a few chairs and some maps on the wall. It’s a simple setup because we prefer being out where the action is. We aren't like those big corporate real estate firms you see on TV. We are just local people who know this part of the city. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up and shops change hands around here. Sometimes the traffic on the 2nd Main Road makes it hard to find a place to park, but that’s just Bandra for you. We keep a pot of tea going most of the day. People drop in to ask about what’s available or just to say hello. We don't use any fancy scripts or sales pitches. We just tell people what we know about the area. It’s a decent way to make a living and we enjoy being right in the middle of everything. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork, but we’ve grown to like it over time.
