SYLVAN ESTATES LLP

Our office is situated at 19 Nanabhai Lane, right in the Fort area of Mumbai. We are in Rajendra Chambers, which is a building with a lot of history to it. If you know the South Mumbai vibe, you know that Fort is full of old buildings and narrow lanes. Sylvan Estates LLP has been based here for a while. The 400001 pin code tells you we are in the older part of the city where everything is built close together. Nanabhai Lane is a tight squeeze sometimes, but it has a lot of character. Our workspace in Rajendra Chambers is practical. It’s not one of those modern glass towers you see in the suburbs. It has thick walls and the kind of atmosphere you only find in Fort. We spend our days here managing our work and talking to people. There is a lot of walking involved when you work in this area because parking is almost impossible. We like being near the heart of the city’s old commercial district. The office itself is just a regular room where we keep our records and meet people when necessary. It’s a bit noisy outside with the honking and the crowds, but once you are inside, it is just a normal place of work. We are part of this neighborhood's long history of trade and business. It isn't always easy getting through the crowd on the sidewalk, but we like working here just fine.
