We have our main setup at A3/101 in the Lok Milan building over in Chandivali, Andheri East. But we also spend a lot of time around Navghar Road in Bhayandar East. It’s a bit of a commute between the two, but that’s how the business goes. We’ve been doing this consultancy thing for a while now, mostly helping people figure out the mess of buying or renting property in Mumbai. It isn't always easy because there’s so much paperwork and people get confused. We sit in the office, drink a lot of coffee, and look over contracts and floor plans. We aren't some high-rise fancy firm with glass walls. It’s just a regular office with some old chairs and a lot of filing cabinets. We know the Bhayandar area and Andheri pretty well because we’ve walked most of these streets ourselves. People come to us when they aren't sure about a deal or need someone to explain the local rules. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything, but we do know the local market. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we get a bit tired of the traffic, but seeing someone get their keys makes it okay. We’re just regular people trying to make the real estate process a bit less of a headache for our neighbors. We’ve been in this building for a long time.
