Sushant Property India

We are based over in Andheri East, right on the first floor near the Big Cinema. If you’ve ever tried to park near there, you know it can be a bit of a headache, but it’s a great spot for Sushant Property India because so many people pass by. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s a pretty simple setup on the 1th floor—which I guess is just the first floor really—nothing too crazy. We mostly spend our time looking at property listings and talking to people who want to move into the area or sell their place. Andheri East is always changing, so there is always plenty to keep us busy. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few clients show up at once, but we make it work. We aren't a huge corporate chain; we’re just a local team that knows the streets around here pretty well. Being near Big Cinema means there’s always life outside the window, which is nice. Most of our work is just coordinating between buyers and sellers and trying to make sure the paperwork doesn't get too tangled up. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of walking around to show people different flats or offices. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon, we just tell people how it is. It’s a busy life, but we like being in the heart of Andheri and helping people find their way.
