Surve Estate Agency

Surve Estate Agency is a small local office in Kandivali East. We are right by the Shrikrishna Centre, near the ABT transport office on Mithalhali 6 Road. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know how crowded it gets. We’ve been working out of this spot at number 36 for a long time. We mostly help people find flats to rent or buy in the nearby buildings. There are so many new towers coming up, but we also handle the older societies where people have lived for decades. It’s just a few of us here. We spend our days running between different buildings to show rooms. We don't have a polished corporate look. My desk is usually covered in keys and xerox copies of agreements. We know the local committee members and the security guards, which helps in getting things done. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a budget is too low for this area, we tell the person straight. It saves time for everyone. Mumbai real estate is fast and sometimes messy, so we try to keep things as simple as we can. We handle the registration work and the police verification forms because we know how much of a pain those can be. It’s a busy life, but we like helping people settle into the neighborhood. We don't have any big slogans, just our daily work and the connections we've built over the years.
