Surai Real Estate

We have been at D-5 in the Evergreen Coop for a while now. Most people around Andheri West know where Plot No 60 is. It is just a regular office where we handle property stuff. We spend a lot of time walking around the streets here because that is how you actually learn what is happening with the buildings. It isn't anything fancy. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with real estate in Mumbai is always a bit of a headache with all the rules, so we just try to keep things moving. We know the local guys and the shop owners nearby. If you come by, you will see it is a quiet spot. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is bad, but once you get into the coop, it is fine. We do not have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the area well. We handle the usual buying and selling things people need help with. It is mostly about knowing who is moving out and who is looking to move in. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open, old ones close. We stay right here in the middle of it. Nothing too complicated about how we work. We just show up every day and do the job for the folks who walk in.
