Sunita Tools Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in the Bhola Bhanwan Industrial Estate. We are at number 10, right on I.B. Patel Road in Goregaon East. It’s an old industrial area, so the buildings have that worn-down look to them. There are a lot of small units here making different things. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the machines running. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The street outside can get really clogged with delivery vans and rickshaws, especially during monsoon season when the puddles get deep. Inside our space, things are a bit cramped. We have shelves full of tools and parts piled up nearly to the ceiling. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we know where everything is. The guys on the floor have been here for years and they know the machines inside out. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s mostly just the owners and a few staff members who handle the orders. We deal with a lot of local shops and manufacturers who need specific items. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just how things go around here. We do our work, pack the boxes, and send them out. It’s a simple setup but it works for us.
