Sunils Food Court

Sunil started this food court in Andheri East quite some time back. We are right here in Ekta Society, Shop A/4, not too far from the airport area. Being near the airport means we see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are just passing through, while others live right here in the society and come by every evening for a quick bite. It’s a small shop but we make it work. The kitchen is always hot, especially in the afternoons. We don’t have any big corporate plans or anything. We just open up in the morning, prep the vegetables, and get the tea started. Sometimes the delivery guys are standing around waiting and it gets a bit crowded near the counter. That’s just part of life in Andheri, I guess. We know most of the neighbors by name now. They come for the snacks and stay to chat for a bit if we aren't too busy. The fans hum all day long to keep the heat down. It’s a basic setup, nothing like those big malls. We just focus on getting the orders out because people around here are always in a rush to catch a train or get to work. It's just us doing our thing day after day. We hope to stay here for many more years.
