Sunil K Motwani

We are over at 44 Mahim Ram Mahal, right opposite Mahim Street. It is a decent spot if you know the Mahim area at all. Sunil K Motwani is the name on the door, and we’ve been running things from here for a good amount of time. The building, Ram Mahal, has that classic look you see in older parts of the city. It’s not one of those new glass towers. We like the neighborhood because it feels lived-in. There is always something going on across at Mahim Street, whether it is someone selling snacks or just people hanging around talking. Inside our space, it’s pretty quiet compared to the noise outside. We have our desks set up and we just get on with our daily tasks. We aren't much for fancy meetings or big presentations. Usually, it’s just a few of us making sure everything is in order. People know us in the building, which is nice. It feels like a community rather than just a place of work. If you are looking for us, just find Ram Mahal and we are right there. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing what we do. The breeze comes in from the street sometimes, and it's quite nice in the evenings when the sun starts to go down. We plan to stay here at number 44 as long as we can.
