Sundaram Prisms Lights

Down at 41624 Chhipi Chawl, you’ll find our little place, Sundaram Prisms Lights. It’s a bit of an old building, and the space inside is quite tight. We have lights and glass pieces everywhere, so you have to watch your step when you walk in. Chhipi Chawl is one of those places where everyone knows everyone else’s business, which can be good and bad. It’s a very old part of the neighborhood, and the streets are narrow, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend a lot of our day just cleaning off the dust from the prisms because they seem to attract it no matter what we do. It’s not a high-tech operation; we just have our benches and some basic tools to fix things up. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. It’s usually just one or two of us here handling everything. The lighting in the shop is actually quite nice because of all the glass reflecting the sun when it hits the window just right. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now and don't see ourselves moving anywhere else. It’s a bit worn out around the edges, but it’s our space. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes it's slow, and sometimes it's frantic, but that's just how things go at Chhipi Chawl.
