Sulochana Malvani Homemade Food & Masala is in Evershine Nagar over in Malad West. We are situated very close to Haridwar Society which is a well-known spot in this neighborhood. The area is quite residential and there are always people walking their dogs or going to the market. Our setup is simple and we do most of the work ourselves in the kitchen. The smell of spices often fills the air around our place throughout the day. We don't have a big storefront with lights and banners to attract people. It is more of a home-style environment where we prepare everything manually. Malad West is a busy place and Evershine Nagar has its own rhythm that we have grown to love. We start our work early in the morning to get ahead of the heat and the midday noise. People from Haridwar Society often stop by to see what we are making or just to say hello. We keep things clean and tidy but it is a working kitchen so there is always some activity going on. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of items to pack for our orders. We just use the space we have and make it work as best as we can. It is not like a big corporate factory. It is just us doing what we know how to do for the local people here and making sure we stay busy.
