Sukiro Realty

Sukiro Realty is located in Andheri West, specifically at unit 702 in the Sindhudrg Darshan building. We are right in the Juhu Versova area, which is a very lively part of the city. Our office is high up on the seventh floor, giving us a bit of a view of the neighborhood. It is not a massive corporate office. It is more of a personal space where we meet with people to talk about property. We have some folders, a few computers, and a lot of maps of the local area. Andheri West is always changing, with new buildings going up and old ones being renovated. We try to keep track of it all from our desk here. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed. We are not the type to wear suits and ties every single day unless we really have to. We prefer just talking honestly with people about what is available in the market. Sindhudrg Darshan is a decent building and we have made ourselves at home here. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, so we have learned to be patient. We handle all the local real estate stuff, from looking at flats to sorting out the legal papers. It is a lot of legwork, but we do not mind. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door at 702. It is a simple way of doing business.
