Suhas Bandekar & Associates

Suhas Bandekar & Associates is located over in Andheri at number 105. It’s a busy part of town, which keeps us on our toes. We’ve been working from this office for quite a bit, dealing with all kinds of building projects that come our way. It isn't a very large place, but it serves us well for drafting and meeting with clients who need something sorted out. Usually, someone is always at the desk making sure the files are organized, though it can get a bit messy when we have several projects going at once. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth seems to work okay for us. People know where 105 is. We handle the drawings, the permits, and the general headache of getting a building project started. Sometimes it takes longer than expected because of the city rules, but we just stick with it until it's finished. I think it's better to be realistic about how long things take rather than making promises we can't keep. Being in Andheri means we see a lot of different types of buildings, from small shops to bigger apartments. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the work is solid. If you stop by, you'll probably find us hunched over a desk or on the phone with a supplier. It’s just the way the business is. There is always another drawing to finish or a site to visit.
