Buildarch

Buildarch is based in Nerul, over at the Lakhani Palm View building. Our office is A-202, up on the second floor. Sector 48 is a decent area of Navi Mumbai, and it's where we do all our planning and design work. It’s an apartment-style office, so it’s quite comfortable and doesn't feel like those sterile office blocks you see in the city center. We spend our days looking over blueprints and talking to contractors. Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it nicely over the years. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated team that likes architecture and building things that last. People come to us when they want someone who will actually listen to what they need for their space. We try to be practical about costs and materials because we know how expensive building can be these days. The 400706 area is home for us. We know the local climate and how the sea air affects materials in Nerul. That kind of local knowledge is something you only get by being here for a long time. We don't use a lot of big words to describe our work. We just show people what we’ve done and let them decide. It's a straightforward way of doing business, and it seems to work for us and our clients. We keep things grounded and focus on the architecture.
