Edifice Architect Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Mumbai, right in Goregaon East. Our address is A-104 in the Vishwas building, which is part of the Sankalpa Sahanivas complex. It’s a residential-style area, so the office feels more grounded and less like a cold corporate tower. Being in Goregaon means we deal with the usual Mumbai hustle, especially if you’re coming from the station during peak hours. The building itself is quite familiar to the people living around here. We’ve got our drafting tables and computers set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. There’s usually a stack of blueprints or some material samples lying around somewhere. It’s not the kind of place with a marble lobby or a dedicated security desk just for us. It’s a working office where we spend a lot of time drawing and planning. The windows give us a bit of a view of the local neighborhood, and you can always hear the city sounds in the background. It gets pretty busy when deadlines are close, and we end up staying late quite often. We like the vibe of this spot because it feels like a real part of Mumbai life.
