Design Arch

We’ve been here at Holy Cross Road in I. C. Colony for quite a bit now. If you know Borivli West, you know this area is always moving and there is always something going on. Design Arch is basically just us working on plans and drawings most of the day. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the measurements and whatever project is sitting on the desk. Sometimes people just walk in asking about a small renovation or how to fix a weird corner in their flat. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors who come by to check the details. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where the work gets done. Most days start with a lot of tea and checking the site schedules for the week. Borivli is a busy place, and being in IC Colony feels like being in the heart of the community. We handle the paperwork, the sketches, and all that technical stuff that comes with building things. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients, making sure the lines on the paper make sense for a real room in a real house. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know our way around a construction site. The office usually has rolls of paper everywhere and an old computer, but it works fine for us. We like the neighborhood, even when the parking is a headache. It's just home for us.
