L&T(Fba Consulting Architects)

We are located in Mumbai, specifically in the Chembur area. Our office is No-31 in the B-Wing of Shiv Sagar Enclave. Being in Chembur, we are right in the middle of a lot of activity, but the enclave itself is a bit tucked away from the heaviest traffic. As consulting architects under the L&T banner, our space is filled with drawing boards, large monitors, and rolls of paper. It is a bit cramped at times because we have so many files and models sitting around, but it is a productive kind of mess. The light coming through the windows in the B-wing is pretty good in the afternoons. We have been here for a while, and the staff knows all the best places nearby to grab a quick Vada Pav or a coffee. The building has that classic Mumbai feel, where everyone is busy and there is always something going on in the hallways. We don't have a big fancy reception area; you just walk in and see everyone at their desks working on designs. It is a bit noisy with the fans and the street sounds, but that is just Chembur for you. We spend our days going over structural details and making sure the plans are accurate. It is a lot of looking at fine lines and numbers, but we enjoy being part of the neighborhood.
