We are located in Flat 101 of the Vastu-Shristri building. It’s on Plot 250-257 in Sector 10. New Panvel is a bit quieter than the main city but it keeps us busy enough. The office is basically a second home for most of us. We have tables pushed together and a lot of rolls of paper everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend our time designing and figuring out how to fit everything into a plan. Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm and we’ve settled into it nicely. We don't use much corporate talk here. We just discuss the work, eat our lunch, and keep going. The building itself is easy to find if you know the sector. We’ve seen a lot of projects go from just an idea to a real structure while sitting in these rooms. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit gloomy, but we just turn on the lamps and keep drawing. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the process of putting things together. It’s practical work. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. If you drop by, you’ll see us busy with something or other. That is just how it is at our Panvel spot. We just focus on the drawings and let the rest take care of itself.
