Dp Architech

Dp Architech is our architectural practice based in Bandra East. We are in Gandhi Nagar, specifically at 36/1917. Our office is very close to the Western Express Highway, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, but we like being here. Our workspace isn't like those fancy design studios you see in magazines. It’s a bit cluttered with blueprints, old models, and rolls of tracing paper. We spend our days working on designs and making sure they fit what the clients are looking for. We don't use a lot of big words to talk about our "vision." We just look at a space and try to figure out the most practical way to build something there. We’ve been in Bandra East for quite a few years now and we know the local area well. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have seen our projects around. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the site visits. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day looking at buildings, and other times we are stuck in the office finishing a plan. It’s a simple, honest way to work. We have a small team and we all just pitch in where needed. We enjoy the work and we like being part of Gandhi Nagar.
