Sudharmaa Estate Agency is located at 18 Santacruz West 5th Main Road in R T Nagar. We are over here in the Ganganagar Ajanta Appartment. The office isn't very big but it gets the job done. Mostly we deal with people looking for flats or maybe a small shop to rent in the neighborhood. R T Nagar is always a bit busy and finding a parking spot can be a real pain some days. We have a few desks and some old files stacked up. It’s just how a local agency works. My brother and I usually handle the phone calls. People come in and ask about the prices around here and we tell them what we know. It's not like those big corporate offices you see in the city. We have a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise but it keeps us cool. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby tea stall when things are slow. Dealing with landlords and tenants takes up most of our time. There’s always some paperwork to finish or a deposit to settle. We've been at this address for quite a while now and most of the neighbors know us. If you’re walking down 5th Main, you’ll see our sign. It’s a pretty straightforward business. We show houses, talk about the rent, and try to make sure the keys get handed over on time. Nothing fancy about it.
